We also keep in constant contact, visiting them regularly to make sure we provide them with the best possible service. We have a London-based customer service team, who are always at the other end of the phone for support. How do you view the current market, and what trends do you see emerging for bridal over the coming months? Retail has been difficult and has become a lot more fast-paced. Brides are going in the direction where they want their dress instantly, and our John Charles retailers also need to make quicker sales. That may very well be a route that the bridal industry needs to shift towards. How do you support your John Charles business in terms of social media? We are constantly pushing our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest pages with new image content and make sure we share this with our retailers. Finally, what top tip would you give to any aspiring bridal designers out there? Make sure you really analyse the market and have a full understanding of the direction you think the industry is heading.
